We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.

It is very important that you do not use/install the products, as we do not accept returns or exchanges for used products.

We may request that the products or their affected parts are returned to us prior to fulfilling our offer. Any offers are valid for a period of 30 days, after which they will expire.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@garage29.co.uk. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Unit 4, the BIS, 13-17 Whitby Street, Hartlepool, TS24 7AD. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

EXCEPTIONS/ NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

All of our graphics kits and other customised products (reprints, name stickers, caricatures, die cut stickers, visor strips etc.) are made to your specification and are therefore not eligible for return.

If you do have an issue with your customised item upon receipt, please notify us via email (info@garage29.co.uk) and we'll review your claim fairly before responding via email within 72 hours.

We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
