Politique d’expédition
1.1 - Where possible, we will inform the customer by email when goods have been dispatched and will include details of the courier and consignment tracking numbers.
1.2 - We are not responsible for courier related delays. Please be advised that a resolution can take up to 7 working days from when we are made aware of an issue.
1.3 - If you request us to ship to an alternate destination (such as a race track, hotel or other temporary address) and you are not there when delivery is made, it is your responsibility to retrieve the parcel or have it rerouted to your home/business address. If the parcel subsequently becomes lost after the initial delivery is made, Garage 29 Graphics Ltd. are not liable for refund or replacement.
1.4 - Next day delivery services are not guaranteed by us, we rely on our carefully selected courier companies and it is their responsibility to fulfil the service that we select.
1.5 - We do not offer refunds because the parcel courier has become delayed during delivery of your order (within a reasonable timeframe decided by us).
1.6 - All of our orders are carefully packed and protected. We are not liable for damage to products during shipment. Parcels damaged in transit will need to be investigated with our couriers, please be advised that a resolution can take up to 7 working days.
1.7 - We require notification of an overdue delivery no later than 14 days after the expected delivery date.
